Standard Platforms
Most Laser processing applications share common requirements for a stable platform, light tight enclosure, electrical services and control. In many cases the specific requirement for these elements varies very little and where appropriate it is possible to use the same basic platform for machines intended for different applications. OpTek has a number of standard platforms that can be used as the basis for a machine tool, reducing the overall design and engineering cost and shorten the delivery time.
TX6400 platform is suited to a range of processing and inspection requirements. Typical applications include semi-automated precision laser drilling of small batch components.
TX8400 platform has a larger footprint than its sister product and can handle larger components, larger batches or more complex processing and assembly requirements.
Small footprint laser machining platform, ideally suited to single component processing.
